Yael Eckstein is the President of The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. In this role, she oversees all ministry programs and serves as the international spokesperson. Prior to her present duties, Yael served as Global Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Director of Program Development and Ministry Outreach. Based in Jerusalem with her husband and their four children, Yael is a published writer and a respected social services professional. She has contributed to The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, and other publications, and is the author of two books: Holy Land Reflections: A Collection of Inspirational Insights from Israel, and Spiritual Cooking with Yael. Rabbi Joshua Hess, a native of Los Angeles, CA, has served as Rabbi of Anshe Chesed since 2009. During Rabbi Hess’ tenure in Linden, Anshe Chesed has seen tremendous growth with over 100 children attending their highly structured and educational youth program each Shabbos. His fundraising experience was cultivated, successfully working for over a decade, with Israel based kiruv projects including the 'Heritage House' and 'Common Denominator'. Avraham gained a track record of consistently raising significant donations from high net worth individuals. He mentored with some of the best leaders in the Jewish world.
