It was more personal rather than the market.- Tough decisions are sometimes the right ones.- We came to the conclusion that we wanted to be more than "home-flippers".- We are no longer your competition, we are your partners.- Yellowbird is still buying houses, investing in joint ventures and doing hard money loans. However, we want you to use us as leverage. - We decided to cut our work week down to 4 days and have off on Wednesdays to provide us more white space to create and think about what's next.Last take away: Your life is a combination of what you're willing to tolerate.
