National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was on The Ed Tyll Show, syndicated on the Starcom Radio Network, on December 30, 2013.  Earlier that year, the US Supreme Court made its decisions in the same sex marriage cases cases of Hollingsworth v. Perry and United States v. Windsor on June 26, 2013 .  Earlier from those prior two weeks, 2 landmark decisions (affecting only the State of Utah)  in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah had been decided: Brown v. Buhman (12/13/13, decided by Judge Clark Waddoups, de-criminalizing "de facto polygamy" in Utah) and Kitchen v. Herbert (12/20/13, decided by Judge Robert Shelby, legalizing same sex marriage in Utah).
