National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by Branden Rathert, on Live Talk Radio on NewsRadio 1620 in Pensacola, Florida, on December 23, 2013, following 2 landmark decisions (affecting the State of Utah) during that prior 10 days at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah: Brown v. Buhman (12/13/13, decided by Judge Clark Waddoups) and Kitchen v. Herbert (12/20/13, decided by Judge Robert Shelby).  The first decision had de-crininalized "de facto polygamy" (i.e., polygamous marriages without additional marriage licenses).  The second decision had determined that it was state-uncontsitutional for a Utah law to ban same sex couples from marriage.  In the latter decision, Judge Shelby declared, "The State of Utah has provided no evidence that opposite-sex marriage will be affected in any way by same-sex marriage. In the absence of such evidence, the State’s unsupported fears and speculations are insufficient to justify the State’s refusal to dignify the family relationship
