National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by Branden Rathert, on Live Talk Radio on NewsRadio 1620 in Pensacola, Florida, on June 13, 2013, to discuss the Constitutional arguments for de-criminalizing UCAP, Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy, the "Polygamy Rights Win-Win Solution" to end the marriage debate, and how the movement was ready to act after the then-pending decision of the US Supreme Court on the Hollingsworth v. Perry case. (HISTORY NOTE: Later that month, on June 26, 2013, the US Supreme Court instead refused the Hollingsworth case, vacating and remanding the lower decision, solely based on a technicality of "legal standing" and not on the merits of anything argued.) Closing the interview, the host asked one final question, "What's the disadvantage to having more than one spouse?"
