The T. Boone Pickens Channel

Former U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, Dr. Tom Coburn, talks with Boone Pickens about his plan to invoke Article V of the U.S. Constitution: "On the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, [The Congress] shall call a convention for proposing amendments ..." Dr. Coburn believes he can reach the 34 state threshold by the end of 2018 and have a Constitutional Convention of the States that will require a balanced federal budget, limit the powers of the federal government, and impose term limits on Congress.
