**Metro Mayor Steve Rotherham** joined Radio City Talk's **Mick Coyle** as he announces the launch of 3000 free bus passes for the city region's food banks. In conjunction with Arriva & Stagecoach, the scheme is aimed at the very poorest food bank users in the city region, and comes ahead of Sunday's Merseyside Derby, when **Fans Supporting Foodbanks** will be collecting to help mitigate shortages.
