What do you call it when you leave your dream job after just two years? An adventure, according to Lance Davisson, Owner and Principal Consultant at the Keystone Concept. Lance landed what he thought was his dream job right out of college, working for the Washington Department of Natural Resources. Not long after he started, however, life intervened and his career journey began. Through the Keystone Concept, Lance seeks out projects that make a lasting impact on an organization, community, and the environment. As an urban and natural resources consultant, Lance enjoys developing relationships with partners to build, grow and evolve organizations.
