After going through the process of healing from a traumatic experience that significantly affected the first two decades of her life, Dr. Amy Hoyt dove into trauma research and found a calling in helping others recover from their trauma.  According to Dr. Hoyt, it's important to look inside yourself and see if you have old wounds that are creating subconscious patterns and thoughts that are keeping you small.
