The regional body of the Central Board of Film Certification has refused to pass Kangal Malsat, a Bengali film by filmmaker Suman Mukhopadhyay, because of how it depicted a swearing-in ceremony of chief minister Mamata Banerjee amongst other reasons. On the 9 O'clock news, we debate whether the board is bending over backwards for Ms Banerjee?
