  With the upcoming elections, April, August and November elections, KDHX’s TANGAZO wanted to introduce to our listeners the people who are responsible for collecting, protecting and getting the votes out in our region, the Republican and Democratic Directors of the St. Louis County Board of Elections, Mr. Rick Stream, and the Democratic Director, Mr. Ben Borgmeyer, of the St. Louis City Board of Elections.  St. Louis City and County represent over 20% of all voters and votes cast in the State of Missouri, in statewide elections, or actually slightly more than 1 out of 5 votes.  Given the importance and weight that this region carries, we thought that having the two persons who are responsible for seeing to it that each and every vote is counted should visit and explain to our listeners how the process really works, how they protect access to the polls and how the voting process has changed in recent years.  The Honorable Rick Stream has committed his entire adult life to public service by serving in th
