Giuliani had falsely accused them of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election. A judge has now rejected Rudy Giuliani’s request for new trial. Another legal update: special prosecutor Pete Skandalakis has been appointed to investigate Georgia GOP Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones.
