In this Episode 16: Give People the REAL YOU (all of you), I discuss:  *a conversation I had with 2 tellers at my bank today about how offensive their robotic greeting is that they've been told to say  *how I explained to them that I (and people living in today's world) want REAL connections with them, not scripted responses  *that the greatest way to CONNECT with other human beings in our world is with REAL conversations, and being honest with each other (the world has had enough of conversations that are plastic and meaningless) MORE TIP:   Have a REAL conversation with the next person you interact with today.   Ask them how they are, and really listen.  Be vulnerable and honest, and watch that connection (even with a complete stranger) have an entirely different impact on your day (and their day, too!)
