On joining Accenture, one of the things that impressed Jill the most was the commitment to mental wellbeing in the business and the desire to ensure that every employee feels safe to talk about their mental wellbeing and get help when its needed. Jill first trained to become a “Mental Health Ally”, then Mental health First Aider and subsequently became a trainer for other allies.
