The broadcast reports on the genocide trial of former General Efraín Rios Montt. The spokesperson for a Washington, D.C.-based “human rights” group, and Guatemala's Armando de la Torre, comment on the trial from different perspectives. Since 2012 KPFA radio, from Berkley USA, has been pretty active following the Guatemalan situation, particularly in the countryside of our nation.
