This week, The Doc reinserts himself into the discussion about WWE Raw ratings.  The TV viewer is a sinking ship; if WWE is avoid going to down with the Titanic, they'll need to continue to be aggressive in altering the way that they do business.  PPV was becoming an older generation's thing, so they embraced the new generation and started the WWE Network.  It's been a big success, financially and critically.  Doc has an idea on how to get WWE's TV base back by utilizing some of the luxuries afforded by the Network.  What's the plan?  Tune in and find out!
