This week, The Doc begins the discussion about the 2016 WWE Royal Rumble event coming up in three and a half weeks.  He believes that the Rumble is a PPV that has coasted for too long on its reputation and that the match itself could really use a standout edition to redeem itself after so many consecutive years of underwhelming for various reasons.  Doc thinks this is the year that the Rumble returns to form.  He'll explore the candidates to win the match as well.  Also, the All-Time WWE PPV Countdown continues with #130 through #121!
