HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION! Welcome back to the weekly podcast No More Excuses. Thanks for listening, sharing this podcast and INVESTING IN, and FOCUSING ON YOU! You are worth it!  Last week's podcast was about deciding which goal you hadn't made progress on and would like to apply FOCUS to, and see how far you can get before CHRISTMAS! Ahhhhh! Again, the kids should ALL be back in school, now it is time to focus on YOU and YOUR GOALS again. It would be great if we never got distracted from them wouldn't it? And as much as we do, we need to STOP BLAMING the kids, weather, all that shit that we "allow" to get in the way. NO MORE EXCUSES... right?
