The attorney who sued SEPTA over its service cuts is now preparing to sue the transit agency again over its fare increase. KYW Newsradio's Sunny Morgan has the story. *** A 77-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car at 54th Street and Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia Friday. Police say the woman was struck in the roadway shortly after 5 p.m. by a black Infiniti with a Delaware license plate printed on paper. The car was eastbound on Lancaster when it struck the woman and fled. *** The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office is warning seniors about a scam they say is "trending." They say the fraudsters use medical equipment to get money from Medicare or even directly from seniors.
