I think for me I had never thought of the two areas of my life as separate.    Weird because of course they are two separate things.  I have a wonderful, happy marriage of 30 years, 2 grown men who I have fun with every day (and of course sometimes they drive me nuts too), and an extended family I adore and cherish.  What a life!  The secondary question, of how I built a business over the past 20+ years that I still love and is still growing took a bit more thought to answer.  For me, everything in life and business seems to change quickly.  So needing to continue to grow, learn, and adapt has served me well and I believe has
