Welcome to Culture Podcast. Steven & Bianca Bey are long time friends who decided to take our numerous rap debates & convos to audio format. Steven being born & raised in Brooklyn and Bianca being from Philly while spending some of her younger years in the city as well, it only made sense for the two to unite on creating this content.
