The man who had to be pulled from Cresheim (CRESH-um) Valley Creek in Chestnut Hill Sunday afternoon has died. Police said the 65-year-old's car struck a downed guardrail, drove off the road and into the water. This happened around 4 o'clock near the intersection of Lincoln and Cresheim Valley Drives. That's where crews last night pulled the car out of the creek. The Crash Investigation Division is looking into the incident. The long-delayed expansion of Philadelphia’s Rail Park took a small step forward when a bill, allowing the city to acquire needed land, cleared a city council committee. KYW’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports… SEPTA says the trolley tunnel is going to remain closed for another week, at least until next Sunday.
