The KYW Newsradio All-Local: Saturday, Dec. 7, 2025 (Morning Edition): Some worrying news for SEPTA riders from the transit agency's largest union after talks broke down. ******* 76 westbound will be closed between 30th Street and the Vine Expressway from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. starting Sunday, and PennDOT says it's going to be like this for six months. Westbound traffic will be squeezed down to one lane for an hour before the full 10 p.m. closures. Eastbound traffic is not affected. PennDOT spokesman Brad Rudolph says it's all so crews can prepare to replace the superstructure over the Amtrak tracks and the Schuylkill Expressway. ******* Philadelphia's empty intercity bus terminal is closer to having new life, under legislation being considered in City Council. KYW's Mike DeNardo reports. ******* The Delaware River and Bay Authority is buying a new ferry to run between Cape May and Lewes, Delaware.
