About a dozen people in Chester, Delaware County, are displaced from their homes this Christmas morning after a fire ripped through four rowhomes. This happened around 5:30 a.m. on West Seventh Street near Lincoln Street. Officials say the fast-moving fire spread across the roofs the homes before firefighters from multiple departments got the flames under control.
