Philadelphia police have identified the man killed in a violent crash on Friday morning on Frankford Avenue in the Northeast. Police say 32-year-old Ziyodillo Tursunpulatov was speeding when he slammed into a utility pole and a parked car. The impact sent the engine flying out of the SUV.
