Welcome to Chew the Ph@tt Podcast with your hosts, Sarah Thomson, and Sue Collier! In this episode, Sarah is joined with Kat Blake from Invigorate Naturopathy, and the two women discuss gut health and stress, and the connection the two have to each other. Kat Blake is qualified naturopath from Invigorate Naturopathy who specializes in stress and sleep. She helps individuals make gradual changes to their lives and to embrace alternatives, such as herbal medicine. Kat gives us a bit of background into some of the physical and emotional symptoms that come from stress, and how we have created constant stress for ourselves.
