This time we were talking about immigration from the point of an immigrant. Ricardo has moved to Finland from the States and has first-hand knowledge on our processes on integrating immigrants to our system. The most important thing is to enable immigrants to feel valuable by letting immigrants participate in our society. By giving immigrants a chance to work and to give back we let them feel they are something more than just an expenditure. Isolation is the worstthing we can do to an immigrant. We need to work on our integration process in the case of knowledge based immigration. Let's not throw the valuable know-how to waste!This podcast is all about knowledge based immigration.
