Encouragement keeps the ministry alive. Discouragement and sin steals joy and dims perspective, but community builds the joy back up. Encouragement is not just compliments, but sharing wisdom and perspective from life experiences founded on biblical truths to build one another up. 1. Ask God to make you an encourager. 2. Study Barnabas in Acts 4 3. Make it a daily discipline. 4. Ask God to show you who to encourage. 5. Regularly encourage your Pastor or anyone, that God uses to speak to you.
