Anxiety is a joy kill—the joy of our salvation to be exact. At the surface no one knows Anxiety is bullying us into despair. It overcomes our logic and creates an alternative universe that is set opposite of our victory in Christ. Anxiety tells us “Don’t rest, there is more chaos to come”, but our Lord said “Take comfort; I have overcome the world” Join is this morning Sunday if you want to lay down all your Anxieties at the feet of Jesus. The same feet that walked on water, at the same feet that crushed the serpent’s head, at the same feet that walked to the cross, and the same feet that now rest on His Father’s footstool. Matthew 6:25-34
