Tena Williams began singing in her church choir as a little girl in Jamaica and continued when she emigrated to the United States at the age of 10. She began writing songs at the age of 16. Reggae, R&B, and Rap. Tena began recording professionally in late 2006. Tena Williams goes by artist name Lady Flav'a and her first album was entitled "Mixed Emotions". The album contained songs Sexing I want to feel, sweet love, Riding in my audi, I lied dat was wrong, Gotta have you, No come back in a mi life, Shump, Slappy Slappy, Feed me love, Hot sexy boy, and Mine you business gal. The hardcore Reggae track "Slappy Slappy" was first played on Black roots radio and several other radio stations in England. Her song "Slappy Slappy" is a domestic violence song dedicated to all the women in the world that have experienced or who is against domestic violence.
