Shravan Malaney is an attorney, social buttery, and all around amazing individual. He has moved from Tennessee to Omaha and back to Tennessee in the last few years all in a search for personal growth and fulfillment.  Shravan has worked as a consultant and attorney and is most recently working in legal for the State of Tennessee.  In this episode we discuss things holding millennial men back in the work force and in life, understanding your flaws, and being honest with yourself.
