Jo talks with Rebecca who is the co-founder and General Manager of Pomegranate Kitchen, a catering social enterprise which trains and employs cooks from a refugee background. Language barriers and the lack of local experience means it can be very difficult for former refugees to find the right training or job opportunities, so Pomegranate Kitchen provides a way for them to use their existing skills and enter the job market.
