In this episode, we dive into why it's so important to feel and release emotions. Emotions are just energy and when we hold onto lower vibrational emotions, we create blockages in the body. We're often told that we should never show emotion and it's a bad thing to have emotions but this is in fact toxic for the mind and body! Emotions are your GPS system and they are simply messengers. It's not until we allow ourselves to feel emotions are we then able to release them.  This is so important as athlete because you are robbing yourself of energy by not releasing these energetic blockages!
