In this episode of The Talent Tango, we’re speaking to Amanda Gerhardt-King.  Amanda is the Director of Talent Acquisition at CB Insights, an intelligence platform that analyzes millions of data points on venture capital, startups, patents, partnerships and news mentions to forecast technology trends. Since joining their Talent Acquisition team, Amanda has seen CB Insights scale from 60 to 250 employees. Anticipating to add about 70 new people to the company before the end of 2019, she leverages unique communication and organization strategies to get the job done. Amanda is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with a background in both agency and in-house experience.
