Ingredients: 3/4 cup butter 1, 8oz. package cream cheese 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract about 4 medium, well ripened bananas 1 cup roughly chopped pecans (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for an hour.
