The commanding officer of 4th Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland has been in Catterick Garrison to receive a commemorative cap. The piece of sporting memorabilia is dedicated to a First World War hero & professional rugby player called Thomas Steel. Sgt Steel enjoyed a brief spell as a professional before serving his country.
