Hello! Summer is here and we are back for the 2nd Season of Xicana Code Switchers! In this new episode, we catch up with each other on our summer happenings and discuss the lessons we've learned thus far. From defining who is considered "local" to understanding ourselves in different spaces, institutions, etc. What are restorative practices? Restorative practices is a social science that studies how to improve and repair relationships between people and communities. The purpose is to build healthy communities, increase social capital, decrease crime and antisocial behavior, repair harm and restore relationships.
