Best In The World With Richard Parr

In 2008 Emma Snowsill became the Olympic Champion in triathlon and is this week’s guest on the Best in the World with Richard Parr. The former World Champion explains to Richard how she got started in the sport, her training methods and philosophies along with the mental side of competing. Emma talks about her experience of the Olympic village and the appeal processes she had to go through after not being selected for the 2004 and 2012 games. The Australian also tells Richard how her life has changed since becoming a mother.
