Katie has been a Professional Solo Show performer for the past 15 years, touring her four original solo theater pieces to cities across the country.  Katie earned her MFA in acting from UC Davis, and her BA in Theater and DAnce from Amherst college. For years, while touring her solo work, dying spiritually, and growing personally, she was also secretly gathering/writing jokes for what would ultimately become her first hour-long Stand Up Comedy Show.  Now, she writes jokes all the time and tours her two Stand Up comedy Shows "Something Different" and "What Is Access consciousness?" nationally. www.katierubin.com www.heathernichols.com
