It’s a fresh, new year and it’s time to leave all the “shoulds” in 2020 and plan to be more you in 2021.   Goodbye 2020! My hopes are high for 2021. I encourage you to make this the year that you stop focusing on what you think you “should” be doing to get your writing done and advance your career and start leaning in to what works for you. I assure you that you will get more done with deeper creativity if you accept the ways that work best for you and structure everything else accordingly.    Your voice, and your influence on your field will have greater impact if you lean in to what makes you and your perspective unique, and then stand by it.
