This is Beyond the Airwaves: The Infinity Project, where we go beyond the mainstream media and tackle issues that don't seem so important to the major networks. In this edition of Food Fascinations, we have two celebrations in one as we celebrate the end of Mardi Gras and the approach of St. Patrick's Day...the most drunken day of the year.
