Woodshed Strong

Coach Katie Feeley of Power Plant Gym in Delaware County is one of our favorite people in the fitness industry.  Katie is the real deal: strong, kind, a protector of her people and--in her own words--"aggressively positive."  We had a blast talking about creating a welcoming vibe in and out of the gym, Katie's famous "Beer Muscles" Strongman comp (now in it's 5th year!), and the true joy of coaching among other things.  We think you'll love this conversation, and we'll be bringing Katie back for Part 2 in weeks to come.
