One of the great legacies of Daniel’s life was his persevering faith. As a young man, taken away from everything he loved, he doggedly held on to his faith in God. Later, when the world around him went mad, Daniel’s faith calmly and boldly prevailed. As an older man, Daniel’s faith continued even in the face of criticism and persecution.
