His day job is serving as the President and CEO of Kampgrounds of America (KOA) which with nearly 475 campgrounds is the largest network of franchised family campgrounds in the world. The mission of the Boy Scouts is "to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law."
