As Lead of Square Capital, Jackie oversees the team working to expand access to funding for small businesses, enabling them to grow and achieve their goals. As People Lead of Square, she also oversees all leadership, recruiting and people programs to drive the growth and culture of Square. Prior to Square, Jackie was the Chief Development Officer for Yahoo and she served on the Board of Directors of Alibaba Group. She spent a decade prior to Yahoo leading the US Media Group at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm with $40Bn in assets, and before that she spent seven years at Gold
