First hour: bpmf (Jason Szostek of Prototype 909, Serotonin records fame, boss at Schmer Records) brings the heat with a live hardware set recorded for Diffuse Reality in Brooklyn. It starts off with moody ambient synths, then moves into some fierce and funky beats. Second hour: Hiroko Yamamura (Trax Records, Schmer Records, Smartbar and Soundbar resident), fresh off a mini European tour, proves why she’s one of the best in the U.S. with her DJ mix.
