Historically, the bondage and freedom of  women's sexuality has hinged on a culture that was designed to solely benefit the desires and whims of men. One of the by-products of this culture was the lack of exploration of women's preference, pleasure, and freedom when it comes to sex. This week in our confession session we take on a small slice of the patriarchal pie by examining the use and implications of the word “hoe” on women - whether the word should be eradicated or the negative connotation challenged.
