Okay, maybe not improved but still great guests for the new year. Justin Atherton and I had a great conversation. I was very proud of how this episode went because Justin has so many great tips for many people of different walks of life, but there is common ground.  I have to tell you that when he talked about "trigger words" that was a huge eye-opener for me. It is very true how powerful words are. For example here are the Seven Universal Emotional Words
