National Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu Champion and Train Maine Owner Ben McCrillis joins John, Tim, Hutch and Cowboy Troy at Maddens Pub and Grill to chat about coaching, training and work ethic. Ben fills in the blanks in a accolade-clad career spanning three decades. Currently the owner of Train Maine in Westbrook, Maine, Ben also imparts some nuggets of wisdom around the advantages and disadvantages of single-sport athletes as well as what the sport of wrestling has given to his life and what he has done to give back.
