The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this broadcast is enhance non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to fin-tune how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've discovered the best strategy to minimize quarrels with White and/or non-white co-workers and sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should expeditiously dial in with particulars. We always value and encourage the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" improves your workplace experience. Several listeners have articulated an interest in forming a group to formulate ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details.
